in January & October hours 8:30am - 12:30pm}
PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOURS OF OPERATION.
There is still much work to be done before we
open and after we have closed for the day. Even
when the office is closed, we are still caring
for your pets 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days
a year. We do check ins & outs ONLY during
these posted business hours. Emergency re-open of
the office, outside of our normal hours, is $25 extra and is
only an option if there is an office worker available.
24 hour notice is required if your
drop off/pick up date changes (HOLIDAYS REQUIRE 2 WEEKS
NOTICE) and pets will not be released
to anyone other than the owner, unless we have prior
notification by the owner at the drop off. There is
a 2 week notice of any holiday cancellations. For holidays,
the dates you reserve are the dates you will be expected
to pay.
