WALKS – $3 per walk
PLAYTIME – $5 per playtime
PET MASSAGE – $15 per 20-minute session

Payment is DUE IN FULL at pickup.
Again, changes are DAILY (by calendar day, NOT 24 HOUR PERIODS), including the day you drop off & the day you pick up, no matter the time that you do both. Much work is done before we open & after we have closed the office for the day. We work 24/7, 365 days a year to properly care for your pets.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS: There is a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all holiday reservations (due one month before the holiday drop-off date). Two weeks’ (14 days’) notice is required for any holiday reservation cancellations, with your deposit being forwarded to a future visit.
If you cancel within 14 days of your incoming date, you WILL FORFEIT your $50 deposit. NO exceptions. Your $50 deposit secures your pet's spot at our facility for the very busy holiday stay. That means we HOLD A RUN/CAT CRATE for your pet. The reason we need a full two-week cancellation policy is because even if we keep a wait list, most people we call off the wait list have already made secured plans elsewhere and won't use us. Then we lose the income at a critical time for our business.
Because we leave many pets on the wait list for holidays, THE DATES YOU RESERVE FOR YOUR PET WILL BE THE DATES YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY AT PICKUP.
HOLIDAYS ARE: New Year’s week, mid-winter break, Easter/spring break, Memorial Day weekend, July Fourth week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week and Christmas week.
