NOTE: LONGVIEW'S RATE CHARGES ARE SIMILAR TO HOTEL CHARGES. The drop off day is charged as a full days rate. Sunday is charged as a full days rate. Monday - Saturday if you pick before 10AM (checkout time), you are not charged for the pick up day.

CASH OR CHECKS ONLY accepted at pick up - Sorry, no credit or debit cards. Payment is DUE IN FULL at pick up.

Again, charges are DAILY (by calendar day, NOT by 24 hour periods), including the day you drop off and the day you pick up, unless your dog is picked up PRIOR TO 10:00 AM (Mon - Sat ONLY). You are always charged for Sunday regardless of pick up time b/w 4pm & 7pm.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:There is a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all holiday reservations. We also require 2 weeks (14 days) notice of any holiday reservation cancellations. If you cancel within 14 days of your incoming date, you will FORFEIT your $50 deposit.
Because we leave many pets on the wait list for holidays, THE DATES YOU RESERVE FOR YOUR PET, WILL BE THE DATES YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY.
HOLIDAYS ARE: New Years Week, Mid-Winter Break, Easter/Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas Week.
