In order to provide the safe and healthy care for all customers’ pets, there are a few necessary policies we ask customers to comply with.

Forms Necessary for Pet Boarding

All pets dropping off will need to have the following forms filled out. These can be printed ahead of time or filled out at drop off. 

The Check In Form needs to be filled out for every visit: Check In Form

All new and existing customers must fill out the Longview Boarding Pet Agreement. Unless policies change in the future, which we will notify you of, this only needs to be filled out once. To do so please visit: Longview Boarding Pet Agreement

Vaccinations

The vaccinations required to board a dog at Longview are:

  • Rabies
  • DHLPP
  • Bordetella
  • Canine Influenza

The vaccinations required to board a cat at Longview are:

  • Rabies
  • FVRCP
  • Shot/Proof of Negative Leukemia

. Many dogs that come to Longview pull their owners into our office and can’t wait to get back to the fun.

Boarding Requirements

All pets must be in general good health.

All pets must be current on all required vaccinations.

No pet will be admitted without current vaccinations on file.

Vaccinations or any vet visit cannot be done within 14 days of a boarding visit.

All dogs must be at least 10 months of age.

All dogs MUST be social with other dogs and with people. We reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets for boarding.

All dogs MUST be flea/tick-free and on a monthly preventative from your vet. Sorry, but flea collars are not considered an appropriate flea preventative.
